We offer our guests a selection of freshly prepared local cuisine. Our menu is crafted to accompany and enhance our award-winning wines and olive oils. All of our offerings feature fresh seasonal ingredients from local purveyors and are prepared to order on-site in our commercial kitchen while you sip Trattore wines, savor a meal, and enjoy breathtaking views of Dry Creek Valley from the comfort of our tasting room terrace.
Please note: Due to social distancing requirements, we can only accommodate parties up to 6 people per table. Masks are required on premises unless you are seated at your table, and all services are outdoors.

Thinly sliced prosciutto, Brie cheese and strawberry jam - an adult "PBJ"! This wonderful combination is grilled with our Three Orchards Blend olive oil and accompanied by a side salad dressed with Dry Creek Olive Company Persian Lime olive oil and Fig vinegar tossed with seasonal berries.

Wood-fired Pizzas are made with our dough & extra virgin olive oil, cooked right here at Trattore Farms on Sundays from 11 am - 4:00 pm, April – October. A minimum of a split carafe of wine is required with each pizza order.
