Food Pairings

We offer our guests a selection of freshly prepared local cuisine. Our menu is crafted to accompany and enhance our award-winning wines and olive oils. All of our offerings feature fresh seasonal ingredients from local purveyors and are prepared to order on-site in our commercial kitchen while you sip Trattore wines, savor a meal, and enjoy breathtaking views of Dry Creek Valley from the comfort of our tasting room terrace.

 

Seasonal Wine and Panini Pairings

Served 7 days per week, 11 am – 4:00 pm

Warm, cheesy and loaded with fresh local ingredients, our panini are perfect to pair with any of our award-winning wines. Pair a glass of wine from our wines on tap, a carafe, or a bottle with seasonal panini options on our menu.


Roasted Red pepper (VEGETARIAN) Panini

Sundried tomato pesto, roasted red pepper and Havarti cheese, grilled with our Three Orchards Blend olive oil and served with a side salad dressed with our Persian Lime olive oil and Balsamic vinegar tossed with Feta and dried cranberries.

Gluten-free bread available for $2 additional. 


PB&J (Prosciutto, Brie and Jam)

Thinly sliced prosciutto, Brie cheese and seasonal jam - an adult "PBJ"! This delicious combination comes with a side salad dressed with our seasonal olive oils. 

Gluten-free bread $2 additional.


Turkey Pesto panini

Oven-roasted Turkey, Basil pesto and white Cheddar cheese grilled with our Three Orchards Blend olive oil comes with a side salad dressed with our Persian Lime olive oil and Balsamic vinegar tossed with Feta and dried cranberries.

Gluten-free bread $2 additional.


WOOD FIRED PIZZA SUNDAYS - (March to October)

Wood-fired Pizzas are made with our dough & extra virgin olive oil, cooked right here at Trattore Farms on Sundays from 11 am - 4:00 pm, weather permitting.  A minimum of 2 glasses of wine is required with each pizza order. 


CHARCUTERIE & CHEESE BOARDS

Charcuterie and Cheese Boards served daily until 4:00pm | Locally sourced ingredients featuring  the Journeyman Meat Co., Valley Ford Cheese Co., Point Reyes Farmstead Creamery, Cypress Grove Creamery, Mendocino Mustard Co., fig jam, and our own extra virgin olive oil.


MEAT & CHEESE CHARCUTERIE BOARD

A specially curated selection of cheese and salumi, fruit preserves, mustard, house-made crostini, nuts, dried fruit, and our extra virgin olive oil.

CHEESE, FRUIT & NUTS CHARCUTERIE BOARD

A creamy and nutty selection of local cheeses, fresh and dried fruits and Marcona almonds accompanied by a sampling of our award-winning extra virgin olive oil, house-made crostini, Seeds and Suds mustard and fig jam.
