Tasting Notes: A zesty oil with a mild lime flavor and tangy peppery finish that is reminiscent of warm breezes, refreshing drinks, and summer parties.
Usage Notes: Try in place of traditional citrus oils. Drizzle over cream cheese and serve with delicate crackers. Splash over fruit salads such as wild berries, citrus, melon, and mango. Add to guacamole over a tostada and with grilled beef. This is a perfect marinade for fish tacos with crema. Drizzle over honeydew melon on its own, popcorn (our favorite in the tasting room), grilled corn or corn tortillas in the toaster oven.
