Roasted Lamb Chops with Rosemary & Garlic Oil Drizzle
Grenache’s warm spice and red fruit harmonize beautifully with tender, savory lamb. Garlic Oil adds richness and fall depth.

Dry Creek Olive Co. Garlic Olive Oil

fresh rosemary

garlic

Instructions
Rub lamb chops with Garlic Oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Marinate 30 minutes.
Heat grill pan or cast iron skillet to medium-high. Sear 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Finish with a drizzle of Garlic Oil and a squeeze of lemon.
